haha hwa dmg on rule... typical 3.0 unit :D 4,6k attack and mine is the same trash over and over or kill my own team with her s2 passive because she randomly attacking the unit behind and ml senya proccs.... this unit is so f..... bad at the most of cases ^^ and she ever gets attack from every light unit and dont even procc her passive because the KI attack ever the lower life from the counter element - that means - she never have buffs thats why she automatic the target from light units and not angelica because she have buffs :)

ruele highest def in the game + barrier from 8 - 16 % of ml ilynav (30k hp ) + ylinav buff def + 10 % def add by ylinav Arti , it is impossible to one shot her

To be fair, you really shouldn't have even tried to stomp Ruele there. 3818/292 Hwa will only deal 18k not soulburned to a 2k def light unit paired with Elynav, and that's not even considering extra defense from indomitable or possible aurius/monarch, and the possible extra HP from barriers generated by prot set or monarch, so there's really no real possibility of it ever working.
