you mean (atmospheric) Black Metal? yeah sure, but as many bands describe themselfes more properly, not really calling it a genre, but rather a genre-explication, for example Fiddlers Green call their style "irish independent speedfolk", so I'd say Summoning is best described as the mentioned (:
