What are your thoughts on sumo deadlifting with elevated heels to strengthen pull off the floor and weak point training? Like to practice not falling forward so to speak, or to be stronger in that position if it happens during heavier work.

Sometimes I get a sharp knee pain after sumo deadlifts. Why does this happen and how do I avoid this?

Dunno if you fixed the problem already, if not, you probably flare your feet excesively tho thats just what i noticed since i have the same problem.

what about snatch grip sumo? ever since I started doing them my strength off the floor has increased tremendously. made the lift much easier for me.

Are your knees supposed to lock before the hips instead of the same time?
