Hey dude just wanted to say I found your channel a few days ago. Have watched a few deadlift vids of yours since then and they really helped me with my pulls. There was one vid where you mentioned you were gonna stop trying to make your deadlift look good and just pull where it felt comfortable, I took your set up advice and hit a PR of 190kg/420lbs today. Thanks dude!

How many times have you hit your toes when dropping a deadlift?

@David A talking to me? First off go fuck yourself. Secondly I wasn't trolling. I hit my toes when pulling sumo and from the way he drops the weight I was assuming he has too. When you lift the bar flexes and sometimes the weight will land and bounce and hit your toes. I was simply asking if he's done it. So I can assume you're either short, weak or don't deadlift sumo because being 6'4" tall my toes are literally touching the plates when I pull sumo.
