Join me for this week’s 25 minute Sun Salutation flow, where I will guide you through a full body vinyasa yoga practice that is designed to improve your strength, balance, flexibility and mobility in a mindful way, for a well-rounded practice you can re-visit as often as you like.
We’ll start the class with some classic Sun Salutations and then spice things up a bit with a few variations. You can practice this flow whenever you like, but Sun Salutations are usually best practiced in the morning or whenever you need a boost of energy.
This flow is suitable for all levels of practice, although a complete beginner may find some of the transitions and the tempo at times a little challenging.
