I own this model mixer overall, it's a good mixer but my complaints is the bowls is too heavy and they don't have pour spouts like the older models. Also they say this mixer is made of die cast metal but it feel like plastic to me

How do I remove stuck beaters from my Mixmaster R138177?

mine is the older version but bowl not turning consistently...!!

What model is your mixer and do you have its manual? Wire whisks will not create the turning action because they do not quite touch the bottom of the bowl so turning by hand will be required. The regular beater with the white button will cause the turning action because the white button fully touches the bottom of the bowl. Also...be sure each beater is in its correct place and the turn table is adjusted so that the white button beater is near the side of the bowl. It will not create the turning action if the white button beater is placed in the middle of the bowl! Notice that in this Sunbeam video the white button beater is near the side of the bowl. There is a blatant error in the picture on the box of model 2371...and...it's illustration on the manual...by having the white button beater placed in the center of the bowl. It's been incorrectly depicted for years...and Sunbeam needs to fix that for the sake of its customers! I don't know if the dough hooks create a turning action initially because I don't have dough hooks...but from videos it seems at least as the dough thickens there is not any turning action.

What they don't tell you is that with these mixers no matter what attachment you use you are going to have to help move the bowl at least a little. Especially if you are trying to make dough. Is it easier than kneading by hand, sure. But not by much. If you want to set it and leave it, not babysit it, this is not the mixer for you

Buenas noches muchas bendiciones por anunciar estas batidora sumbeam mixmaster le cuento que yo tengo una modelo 2395 les cuento que estaba batiendo un merengue y se a pago sola y ya no me en sendio y me puse a llorar porque ahora no tengo batidora porque cuando tenía mi batidora en buen estado yo allí así mis postres para la venta y yo les pido de todo corazón que me ayuden son las 9:05 PM de la noche.

Vuelvala a encender después de dejarla enfriar.A mi me pasó pero amasando y luego de dejarla enfriar unos 20 minutos encendió. No debería pasar esto pero es así.

Hace como una hora publiqué de mi batidora sumbeam mixmaster modelo 2395 que estaba funcionando y luego se a pago sola y yo tengo varios postres encargados para entregarlos en esas fiestas que se hacerca la navidad para con partir con la familia y amigos espero que ustedes me puedan ayudar de corazón bendiciones para todas su familia y labores diarias yo estoy escribiendo este mensaje en español la hora es 10:27 PM de la noche.
