Next time you go to Memphis, you have to visit the Crosstown Concourse. It's an old MASSIVE Sears factory that was remodeled to be an arts center, hold small businesses, and act as a common area for people to do work or photography. It's such an interesting place. I could spend a whole day there.

I live 5 minutes outside of Memphis and honestly it might just be allergies that are bringing on your headaches. This is the worst area in the country for allergens. We always say if you never had them...you will once you live here! Everyone's allergies here have flared up within the last 2 weeks and they normally last til mid summer. Welcome to the South! If you can go to CVS or Walgreens, get the Zyrtec with the Decongestant, it will clear you up!!

I still don't support how dickishly expensive Apple products are, but I have to admit that some of their products are pretty good. I used to hate on the iPad and Apple pencil, but after I caved and got my own (mainly for professional reasons), I couldn't imagine not having them. Mostly it's because a good part of my job was drawing and developing storyboards, but I also kind of hate that I didn't have it back in college. I would have saved so much money and paper if I had my iPad and pencil for note-taking back then. There are of course cheaper alternatives, but Procreate and LiquidText are amazing and the responsiveness and sleekness of the pencil is too great to pass up. As for the AirPods, I don't think they're dickish per se hahaha. There are of course cheaper alternatives, and I'm too scared of losing or dropping them somewhere to ever buy them, but I see the attraction. It's very convenient going wireless, and cheaper alternatives are usually in-ear (I can't use those because of ear issues), and the quality of Apple ear-anything are great. No need to feel "ashamed" for having all these Apple products! But I still won't switch to an iPhone or Macbook anytime soon =))
