in regards to the clear method, you need to use a permanent clear dye with ammonia. Ammonia is what strips the color out. Demi-permanents aren't strong enough, and in some cases, don't even have ammonia.

OffbeatLook The one I used was from Pravana. It comes in a purple tube. It didn't work at all on my blue hair dye from La Riche. However, it DID work on some pink hair dye from Special Effects. I don't recommend the Redken Chromatics as recommended by the other commenter. I tried that one as well. It's ammonia free, and I suspect that's why it doesn't work.

+OffbeatLook also, OLAPLEX doesn't lower the developer when used in color and toners, only bleach PLUS for color you're only supposed to use 1/8th oz. 1/8th in bleach if it's under an oz of powder bleach and for an oz and up of bleach powder, use 1/4th oz NO MORE. I've been using it for a while now and learned that you gotta use it as it's supposed to be measured. Blonde brilliance is good but washes out SOOO fast. I used wella illumina 10/69 when I went silver/white and it lasted for so long even without purple shampoo. I used to use wella t18 but it is so damaging and currently I'm using Kenra 10sm for a super white silvery look. You should definitely look into the aphogee 2 step protein treatment, my hair is white yet it's so soft and healthy and my hair still curls. Also you should totally look into BlondMe by Schwarzkopf it lifts SOOOOO fast and good.

I heard a lot about the loreal effassol colour remover or something like that and watched some videos about it and it says that it removes stains in your hair like semi-permanent hairdyes. Also you don't have to use developer with it you can use it with warm water and with this method a lot of people even got green out of their hair. I don't know that just came to my mind maybe you want to try that the next time

girl I am deff gonna buy that olaplex online I made the mistake of getting it done in the salon and it costed me 60 bucks just for the process 😑 and then she said I shouldn't bleach it which was the whole point I wanted olaplex. so I just bleached it myself the other day to get the green I had in out.
