Father God, in the name of our precious Lord Jesus, I lift up Calvin and Marie to You, dear God, Father of all. I am asking for healing for Calvin and Marie from the top of their heads to the soles of their feet. You have joined this loving couple together in marriage for over 40/50 years and they have walked this life together. I know You, Father have Your arms around them, give them such peace that surpasses all understanding free of all pain, because I know when one hurts the other hurts. Lord God, I / we will forever give You all the praise, glory, and honor forever and ever. Thanks be to God.

Broke my heart seeing Calvin in the condition he is in & what he is going through & all the stress you have been experiencing Marie. Your faith is definitely your strength. Calvin & Marie, also Kim, So good to see you all, esp Calvin. Surgery is so hard and even just being put to sleep for an extended time takes it’s toll on the body. A major surgery like Calvin has had to hit him hard but it’s the only way, with the Lord’s help and power, to get him up and on his feet again. Every day he will be getting stronger and stronger. How is he pain-wise? I remember the first time they made me get up after I had stomach surgery, cut from my breast bone right in the center to my belly button. The nurse kept telling me I had to get up to fight against pneumonia. She was a strapping older nurse, looked like an army nurse. She held her arm out in front of me and told me to take hold. She pulled me up and I saw stars! 😂 Wasn’t funny then though. Just trying to bring a smile to your face as you recover at home Calvin. Seriously, you look great, just worn out, tired and weak which comes with surgery. Thinking of you, all of you, and praying everyday that our Lord Jesus gives you the strength as well as rest you need. Take care yourself too, Marie!! Love you both..🙏🏻🙏🏻❤️❤️❤️. 🌹🌹🌹🌹

I'm so glad to see that Calvin is improving a little bit more every day. That's such great news. I have A Fib, which I'll be on medication for for the rest of my life...a medication to regulate my heart rhythm, and a blood thinner. I went to the hospital one night, thinking I was having a heart attack, because my heartbeat was so wonky, not following any rhythm and feeling "clunky". It was scary, but the doctors knew immediately what was wrong, and gave me a medication that set my heart back to its proper rhythm. It was scary when it happened, because it was my heart, and I didn't know what was wrong. The doctors told me the same thing they told you...sometimes it just happens, and they never know why. It can run in families, and my Granny had it, but my mother doesn't. That was about 5 years ago, and I've been absolutely fine on my medication. Every once in a while (maybe a couple times a year), I can feel my heart beating out of rhythm, but it's only for 3-4 beats, and the meds do their job, and it starts beating in its regular rhythm. It doesn't interfere with my daily activity, and there's nothing I can't do. In the words of my doctor, it's a nuisance more than anything else, and it's considered a minor heart condition. My Granny was 97 when she passed away, and active right up to the end, so I'm not really worried. I know when a doctor says "heart condition", those are scary words, but as long as Calvin is on meds for the A Fib, it's nothing to worry about. His energies should be focused on recovering from his surgery, and getting his strength back. Sending lots of love and healing thoughts. ❤

Its not easy when your spouse is going through something like this. We can see you're both surrounded by family love and excellent care. Everything will be ok. Cal, Marie: Thanks for going through all the trouble in getting this video done for your viewers. I know that you care about us as much as we care about you, but don't inconvenience yourselves. I could barely hear both of you due to the sound quality, but it looks like the worst is over and that you will be recuperating and getting stronger with each passing day. Aw, I just want to give you guys a big hug!! Thank you, Kim, for filming this. It's good to know he is doing well, even though he is probably not feeling the greatest. My mom went through a similar surgery and it was very hard to go through that journey with her. Her personality is much like Calvin's, and they couldn't keep her down long! She really has very little memory of her time in the hospital. I continue to pray for complete healing and for strength to get through the hard days. You are surrounded by love from family and friends. One more day is behind you! Love & Prayers ❤🙏

I realize this was already almost two & a half years ago but since I'm a newer subscriber who's been watching some of your older videos, I just have to say I'm so glad that Calvin has recovered from this. It makes me sad to see that he was in such pain and I know it had to be a very trying time for both of you as well as the rest of your family. Well look at you Mr. Calvin.....you look fantastic....Just have some patience on your recovery. We are not as young as we once were. It's going to take alittle time. You know how little children are at Christmas time? They look at all those presents under the tree and can't wait till Christmas morning so they can open them. We as parents tell them to just have patience. Christmas will be here before we know it.... I want to tell you Calvin, just have patience. You will be up to your old self soon.
