Is it feasible for target parents to sue Custody Evaluators from their case…particularly when the target parent hasn’t seen their now adult children for years? My dream is to sue all the mental health workers that were involved, WITH my recovered, now adult children by my side!!

6-12 months after child turns 18 to sue for psychological child abuse, who all pathogens can be sued? Great question.

I doubt anything will change until some Judges get sanctioned, lcpc's/lcsw's, forensic psychologists, GALs, and lawyers get their lives ruined, and felt the sting of realizing their entire careers have been spent either not doing enough or, entirely the wrong thing.
