I haven't seen broccolini in the stores lately. Your salad looks delicious. This whole meal is a feast! I never think about turkey wings (my favorite part of the turkey), but I am going to make some soon because these look so yummy. I eat mostly meat (Carnivore Diet), but I gather up tips from you on how to cook everything you made. Right now, I have 16 pounds of brisket in both roasters in the oven and my big crockpot on the counter. I ordered it from Walmart because it was $3.98/pound. I had no idea they were going to deliver a slab that big! So, I figure I'll cook it all and freeze quite a bit of it. I bet I could shred some & mix in Sweet Baby Ray's sugar-free barbecue sauce. Your barbecue beef looks mouthwatering. I just love to watch you cook. It's amazing and encouraging to see how every single dish turns out perfect. Thank you, and God Bless You~~

Hi Julie! I usually find the Broccolini blatant Sam’s Club. However, you can use regular Broccoli to make the Salad. I am excited about your Brisket. I purchased a 19 1/2 Brisket from Sam’s Club. I will probably cut off 2 lbs of fat and end up with 17 lbs to eat! I love Brisket! I truly love to cook! Blessings!
