Hi David So I went back to Oslo, not having the best of... time, and my first video waking up, a nice GG video. Loved the art in that Batman!

Love the artist on Batman Universe. I think it appeared as 10 or 12 page episodes a month originally, in the Walmart DC anthologies. If my memories are accurate. Now I feel bad I can’t remember the artist's name! I wanted to follow his next work.

"LEE-UH" Thompson - so beautiful! And David you do realize the Back to the Future movies are comedies -right? You always say you don't like comedies! Or does the action and sci-fi elements save it for you? Fun fact - before I got old and fat (and harrier) some said I looked a bit like Michael J. Fox. He was always one of my Short Heroes so I never forgot that! LOL

Uh-oh. Back to the Future is definitely NOT a comedy although it has comedic elements. It’s way different from White Chicks. lol.

White Chicks is avant garde and Back to the Future is a comedy. (I have never even considered watching White Chicks, tbh)

I've never wanted to watch White Chicks either!

White Chicks is hilarious but it has a comedy’s pitfalls.

So glad you loved Sagan om Karl-Bertil Jonssons julafton. Nice pronounciation of the Swedish.

@ Look for an animated/live action movie from the same cartoonist/animator called 'Dunderklumpen'. I mentioned it in my latest Tusmørke video couple of weeks ago.

Sorry it has taken me to Tuesday to get to your Sunday chat! I'm falling way behind in my YT duties. Not only are puzzles not a good idea around 4-year old children, but growing possums can cause havoc, too. I like the idea of evil Batman! Cat Power sings Dylan!! I love Cat Power! I love Dylan! You know I'm trying not to buy more records, and you pull that out! Garage Geek has gone evil, just like Batman! I think Bob Dylan sounds better than Johnny Mathis, but I've always loved my drunk uncle singing Xmas carols. Cat Power does a cover of Werewolf that I absolutely love. I'll get that record, but that's it! Btw, I watched your Mathis video all the way through, because I'm a real fan. Not like your other poser fans! Nice getting to know you in 2024, David. Looking forward to your visit in 2025! Happy New Year!

@@MarkMorris-1962 what wonderful comments. I’m down for the count with an energy- sucking throat infection. Thus my comments will be lame and uninspired.

Unfortunately I am the drunk uncle. Lol. Actually I’m just the weird uncle because I haven’t been drunk for years. I gave up on the views. I just look for comments

You’re smart. Drinking only costs money and results in lost time.

It also opens you up, allows you to do things you wouldn’t do sober. Some good and some bad. Some of the good was a lot of fun!

This is from wikipedia: Sagan om Karl-Bertil Jonssons julafton (lit. 'The Tale of Karl-Bertil Jonsson's Christmas Eve'), also known as Christopher's Christmas Mission, is a 1975 Swedish animated short film and television film directed by Per Åhlin, adapted from Tage Danielsson's short story of the same name, telling the tale of a boy who steals Christmas gifts from the wealthy to give to the poor people of Stockholm while working in a post office on Christmas Eve. The short story is also published in English with drawings by Per Åhlin by Trollboken AB 2018. The film has gained huge popularity in Sweden, and is broadcast every Christmas Eve on Swedish and Norwegian national television. It is also often shown on Christmas Eve by FST in Finland.
