Just be confident in your ability no matter what. Be vocal and make sure you're always telling your defenders what to do. I'm not naturally a goalkeeper but I've had to go in net a few times and those are the tips I follow

Keeper kept them in this game. As Smiv said, a few lads suffering from the night before and low numbers means it was always going to be a tall order. Just got to be thankful for taking something from a game that could well have ended up in a loss. Our side never wins our last game before Christmas due to players playing with hangovers!

I think the rest of the team could learn something from Elliot. It feels like a lot of the team are just expecting their ability to be enough on its own. The message I think that is needed is hard work comes first and the ability will then shine through if the attitude and commitment is there.
