I had a huge bunch of cilantro and only had a use for half of it, so I'm so glad Paul made the pesto in this one! I had to sub walnuts for the almonds and pepperoncini brine for the oil, but it turned out fantastic. I love recipes like that where it's more like a formula so we can change it up to suit what we have on hand. You guys are great, thanks so much for posting

Those Canary Island potatoes sound great. Thanks for another recipe or two to try. Must get a blitzer...The Mojo sauce looks so fresh...🫑🫑🌶🌶🌶🍞🧄🥔🫒The colour is amazing. Paul needs to do a recipe book, or enter Masterchef...or the Dragon's Den, both.

..just had a chance to watch the entire live as we were on the road (with spotty wifi) yesterday. lovely sauces.. the pesto reminded me of the carrot top pesto you made last year... earlier this week we pulled /and composted all our [fall planting] 🥕 tops .and i told Bo ...Paul would be so disappointed in me that i'm not using these for a pesto ..lol hope y'all have a gorgeous week... tough week for uas as the (5th of july) is our firstborn's b-day.. she subsequently passed on 7/28/96... but we'll soldier on as we always do -tracee

@ThoseVeganGuys I totally recommend you make it..I followed a Rick Stein recipe from his Meditteranean Escapes book. So easy to make and if lasts days

Agreed! All good bread is good, but I’ve had some awful cheap and nasty bread (and other baked goods) in New Zealand. They from neighbourhood newsagent type bakeries or cheap cafes and have the most awful texture. Like over processed ingredients and glycerine or something. Instant stomach ache and heartburn and the saddest thing you’ll ever eat 😂

Here in the US worried about Presidential election. Especially worried that people will not vote. Don’t they understand what a privilege it is to vote?
