Every time I click on to watch the service, I have to wait 10 minutes. Is this normal? How can I click on the service without waiting?

Hello! I am a member of Campus Church as a student. Yes, this is normal. The ten minute segment at the beginning of each video/livestream is the prelude for the service. This is where music is played to help alert everyone that the service is beginning shortly. I hope this helps. @nenaragin7209
