Great Video mate.. Have also been to the depths of hell through drink, drugs and gambling as still paying a heavy price. Been sober nearly 8 months, and since being clean I haven’t not given two shits about people anymore. The drink was keeping me in the trap, god bless mate !! 👌🏻

As you say you gotta give yourself credit for what you've overcome. We all have. Sometimes we don't love ourself for our achievements in life. Nobody can fully know what challenges we've had to deal with. Most of us have been socialized to mask things, which makes it even more difficult to be understood sometimes. Id also consider moving away from this island. Thats why Im training up in various skills. Its just got to the point where the average salary to average cost of living ratio has become too high. As well as many vital services that dont live up to those on the continent
