love the vibe of this sunday reflections! totally relate to having one foot in each camp of introversion and extraversion and going nonverbal after a couple of hours of socialising - that made me laugh so much as a fellow neurodivergent girlie!

i'm doing a health reset. my daughter's bday was may 29 and mine june 9 so it's time to pull myself together. bought a new pilates reformer so need to put it together and get back on it along with a lot of walking and clean eating. thinking this will be my summer of health.
