Wait are white eggs an American thing? Am i really American for not knowing that also?

i think maybe they are? i'm not sure but nearly all eggs in UK supermarkets are varying shades of brown/tan...white are available but they're labelled as white eggs on the pack. I think it's fine to not know that!! it's quite specific of me to know about how egg colours differ across the world lol 😂
