hi keegan! i’ve been watching your videos for YEARS, and i feel like i want to start youtube! what is your advice for starting out? how do you gain a following?

this means so much to me!!!! PLEASE start a channel!! it is the best thing ive ever done!! my biggest recommendation would be to not focus on the numbers (especially in the beginning) it is SUCH a slow process to gain a following. ive been doing this for 10 years and many people have lapped me and that's okay. it can be discouraging to put in a lot of work and not see followers or views coming with it. i would focus on trying to make each video better than the last. whether thats the way you film it, edit it, etc. in terms of how people find your channel, make videos you want to see/search for. i really like watching vlogs, so i make a lot of vlogs. i know everyone says to niche down but its okay to make different types of content and see what you and your viewers like. but overall, dont be hard on yourself because its new and everyone had to go through that awkward phase of starting/learning to make content. cant wait to watch your videos!!

Loved this video 💕 But I do have a question out of curiosity. What is it with Americans that always pre rinse their dishes before putting it in the diswasher? The diswasher is there to do it for you? 🙊

my last dishwasher wasn’t that strong. so if i didn’t pre rinse them, there would still be food on them when i take them out. i guess it’s force of habit

If it's a 'smart' dishwasher, it will not clean properly if you pre-clean the dishes because the sensors don't pick up any dirt being there and scale down the temp and water usage. So that might be the reason for the issues.
