I swear by mouth taping. My quality of sleep is so much better. But you should use medical tape. And you just need a tiny piece in the center of your lips. Not across your whole mouth horizontally. It was recommended by my dentist as mouth breathing affects your gum health.

Your videos inspire me so much! I love your channel. I totally feel you, Christmas time is expensive, but I also do like giving my family nice gifts. And I have four siblings a niece, nephew and brother-in-law that I buy presents for! It does get me excited and I can't wait for them to unwrap them but the money really does go bye-bye. I guess having to live at home and not being allowed to drive a car for medical reasons has its benefits. I don't have to worry about rent or any of that stuff. But again, love the channel! Keep doing what you're doing!
