I don’t get why dinner is always such a challenge 😂 like breakfast and lunch are never an issue right? Kind of enjoyable to think about… what is it about dinner that makes us all groan? 😂. I’m trying to change my mindset about it, like I GET to figure out dinner I’m so blessed I have options and I get the ability to walk in my kitchen or buy what I need to easily vs a bowl of rice and smuck, or not even knowing when my next meal is coming like some people. It helps.
