Sunday Shave with New Black Tiger Razor, Tobacco 2 Shavesoap & Aqua Velva Aftershave

The goal of this particular razor was to build the best possible DE razor we could for under $10 delivered. We did it to enrich the lives of those who buy it, and serve as an easy introduction to wet shaving. It took time, research, and a lot of blood sweat and tears to do that. We make a soap called "Barista." It is a great soap (I think, but I also want to sell it - LOL.) On the label, or in the advertising it says "Made in America where it should be." That is my philosophy and biggest dream, to produce the razors we engineer in Canada and the United States where they should be produced. We have let our manufacturing sector dwindle to the point where we are beholden to other countries to manufacture things that we invented to begin with!!! I know that the reaction to Chinese razors is "meh!" But the razor was designed in Quebec by gainfully employed North Americans! So is it a Chinese razor? Well it is made there but under supervision, at ISO 9001 certified factories and is so well made that it is guaranteed for life. But, I do promise your viewers that I will fight with every resource that I have, to produce my razors in America where they should be produced. Great shave Ken. Love the Aqua Velva ice blue, Skin Bracer and I also like the Old Spice and you can't go wrong with Brut. Those are my go to super market aftershaves. I have to go to Dollar General for the Barbasol Brisk aftershave which is a milder version of Skin Bracer.

Your eye is looking so much better, Ken. See, I told you it was an infection. Stys are caused by bacteria. Usually the body can just deal with it, but I could tell yours was in need of some drops. I had an infected eyelid a few months back and had to get some drops.

Keep up the great work your doing. Just bought my first Safety Razor the Parker 99C, heard it is great for new comers like myself. Also, bought the Sandelwood cream from Captains Choice. can't wait to use them. have the Wilkinsons Brush found at London Drugs and been using the cream from the Body Shop, shaves well but the smell is not that great.

Ken, if you are a fan of tobacco-scented soaps and aftershave check out (if you haven't already) "Cognac and Cuban Cigars" by Quebec-based Henri et Victoria. I've tried both the soap and AS; both are fantastic and the aftershave scent has terrific longevity. Maggard carries their products in the US.

Ken, one quick audio tip. Once you load the video into iMovie, drag the volume bar up to 251%. The sound of the intro is too high in contrast to your voice. Your voice is so quiet, that I need to keep bringing the volume up and down when watching your videos, and once I finish and jump to somebody else's video, then is now too loud. It happened to me once I start using iMovie and figured it out. Great shave, BTW.

We have become terribly dependend in many areas and lost much knowledge, gathered in past centuries (clothing production comes to my mind foremost).
