Sunday Spinning - Spinning Blue Texel Wool

Blue texel is actually grey, so I'll be spinning this lovely grey wool. It's also white, and dark grey...so what does 'grey' actually mean? There's lots to talk about during this next spinning livestream, and it's gonna be lively. Your spinning is really nice. I just sent two fleeces I skirted to the mill to be processed into roving, one is white the other is med grey, both are polypay that a friend gives me occasionally. I do not enjoy skirting dirty fleeces :p but I like the roving ;p. I live in an apt and not able to wash them. I also have curly hair. I live in IA and the humidity is awful, so it is very frizzy, and it is long so I blow-dry the top and put gel on the rest and let it air dry to get my curl and waves, or I braid it so I don't have to mess with it :). My natural color was dark auburn, however before I turned 16 it was already turning a silvery grey. I colored it for years but then said to heck wit it and let it grow out. It's a pretty platinum blonde color, who would have guessed:).

i used to live in IA! it can be tooo hot (more humid than most people think) - i've got curly hair but even though i straighten my hair i usually put it in a braid or keep it clipped up and away from me in that weather lol

I'm about halfway through growing out the red now, but still on the fence about whether I'll keep it that way. There's not as much grey as I thought!
