Great sound, good to build on with other guitar styles. The guitarist style reminded me of Steve cropper a bit. I have 2 of these speakers.

Should I choose stealth 80 or blackbird 100?

very different speakers. the BB100 is sweet, detailed and warm. the Stealth 80 is mid-scooped, modern and aggressive. Is you play classic tones, BB100. i you play higain, ultra lead and ultra clean, them maybe the Stealth 80'.

Does that schoeps mic work well for guitar amps?

It works super, exactly as you hear it on these videos. Pratically no post-pro at all. Just a bit of global EQ. It sounds incredibly good on guitar cabs, I wasn't expecting it. When we listened to the recorded tracks we were freaking out!
