Shouldn't that video have ended at a café sipping an espresso, because the heart can never get enough stimulation and you gotta ride home yet. To be honest, when I was fit enough, I burned so much energy I was putting away, coffee, a pizza, water and a coke. A couple more clicks back to the car and I was ready for a second round.
