This is something that those dumbfuck parents who use video game influence as an excuse for their lazy parenting. The ESRB rating system has existed since the '90s and is very clear. It's not even uncommon for Nintendo to have M rated games, some Nintendo fanboys think that just because their mascot is an kid friendly character. I don't think there's been a single Nintendo console or handheld in existence that hasn't had M rated games.

You take jumping from platform to platform in a Mario or Crash Bandicoot game as examples of a platformer. Jumping on her breasts to the ledge above is the same concept.... with adult humor added.
