Sunflowers of Irpin

A CARE US media team traveled from Poland to Ukraine with CARE’s Daria Khrystenko to document her journey home to Ukraine, since fleeing from the war.
The team spent time in Kyiv where Daria lived with her son and traveled to her hometown of Kremenchuk to document her emotional reunion with her grandmother who could have fled, but decided to stay.
