@gabrielapuscasu36226 жыл бұрын
When you refer to a Child of her age as she's somehow not able to distinguish between right and wrong and in fact being ignorant to the environment that they live, I think that you give him too little credit. When they experience traumatic events as effect to violence, separation from family, sexual abuse etc. they also build up resilience that is scientific proven to be found in childrens behavior at early ages. At The same time, they can develop a mental health issue when they're older or they can develop anxiety that is usually manifested as worry or somatic issue as abdominal pain or headache. What I find it really, really beautiful in this Child behavior is his coping mechanism and that is the thing that I pointed out. I don't simplify things to that point that you're refering at.

I’m so afraid the auntie is keeping the girl out of school to start grooming her to bring in money, as she’s ten and almost at puberty. I pray that isn’t the case, but if she (“auntie”) has drug and alcohol problems and isn’t able to think straight, she may care more about money (bc these people are in poverty and she doesn’t just need money for food and things, she needs it for her drugs and alcohol too. I don’t blame her- it’s definitely understandable. I just hope she can remember what this city has done to her and won’t want the same for her adopted daughter... because she DOES seem to love and care for her, which is further proven when the little one says she’d always come to visit her even if she was very rich and successful. Ifthe woman mistreated her, she’d just be excited to leave. Not excited to leave, but already thinking about how she’ll be lonesome for her mom, ya know? What a beautiful and intelligent girl she is. I wish I could go there and give her money to go to school somewhere safe, but then I’d want to help every child and I’d never be able to leave. I really do wish I could help though- does anyone know a trustworthy charity or something so we can at least help in a small way? And the beautiful 30yo woman who was sold bc someone offered her some chocolates? What a heartbreaking story. It truly breaks my heart. She’s almost the same age as me (which is a young adult) and has been working as a prostitute for 15 years or better. I truly can’t even imagine and I give these women so much credit. Especially her, who seems to be continuing prostituting herself so that she can keep her daughter safe in a nearby village and pay for school and food and all that. I know she doesn’t have many other options, but still, that’s as selfless as you can get, if you ask me. God bless and keep them all, and I pray for brighter days for all the women and children in this town. ❤️

proguy 195 Then don’t read it! Wow, you’re a smart one, huh? Don’t say “very long” Say “very boring”. “Very Long” indicates you have trouble reading one paragraph, and makes me laugh. “Very boring” offends the writer instead of offending yourself. You fool. I have some phonics books if you want to give me your info I’ll be happy to send them over.

I respect the women like her but at the same time my heart aches. The fact she's doing all this so her child can live better life then her says a lot about her as a mother. When you compare it to the little girls mum it's quite clear she's only keeping the little girl to make money later on so she can get her drugs and alcohol and I hope the little girl realises what her "mother" plans to do. She's a bright girl.

😔😔 So very sad and heartbreaking!!!... When the little girl was walking and talking about the fruits are blooming on the trees 😔 she sees the beauty even in such a sad and dark place!!!... God Bless her little heart!!!... If I could I would adopt everyone of those innocent precious children!!!...

The little girl was talking at the end about wanting to become a doctor, live in a big house on the outside, and go in to visit her mom on Fridays. It struck me as interesting that she did not say that she would live in a big house outside with her mother, but rather that she would go back and visit her. Interesting. I wonder if this has occurred to the little girl herself. Would the girl leave her mom there consciously or has it not occurred to her that she could take her mom with.? Hmmm...

I noticed this, I think she understands her mother is probably not someone she will want to live in close quarters with at that time in her life, especially in a house/life she would have with provided for herself. She has a right to hold that towards her plus she has no deep attachment since it's not biological. If they can get out before having their own baby is the real challenge, seems they fall back on and stay once that happens.

but also, this is a place where even raising your own biological child is difficult yet this woman takes in this girl. even if there is no moral obligation for her to

I’m so happy that my Mom wasn’t born or sold to this village. My mom was born in Bangladesh and she said she has never heard of this. I’m glad that my mom wasn’t in this situation. I’m glad she married someone that actually cares for her.

“These men would knock on our tin doors, and touch people, even from their cars. But we just want to play. I wish someone would arrange another place for us.” That instantly broke my heart. 💔 I don’t & will never understand anyone who becomes aroused by the sight of children. Disgusting.

I know it's effed up. The women are put on display and feel humiliated, but the men won't show their faces. Just proves that the men know what they are doing is so wrong, but they don't care.
