is largest some form of Gargantua? (a type of dnd monster), he has the size element, and the escaping of smaller creature from him can be attributed to his alien nature. it give some things context if he is some earlier form of the creature.

I don't know enough about DND races/monsters but I believe he's a cloud giant which is a race Joe made a lot of lore about in the Godforged campaign

@@goggariS gargantua are a kind of mutation of giant that gives them gigantism and psychic powers. Any giant can't become that and it starts with them being larger then normal giants of their kind
