Sungta Panna Upkari (Mangalore Prawns Curry, ಸಿಗಡಿ ಮಸಾಲೆ, ಯೆಟ್ಟಿ ಪುಲಿಮುಂಚಿ) - Konkani

Today's special item is Sungta Panna Upkari (Mangalore Prawns Curry, ಸಿಗಡಿ ಮಸಾಲೆ, ಯೆಟ್ಟಿ ಪುಲಿಮುಂಚಿ).
Prawns are rich in calcium, iodine and protein. They are widely available in fishing markets of coastal India.
Ingredients - Serves 10-15
Sungat (Prawns) - 2 Kg
Piyavu (Onions) - 1 kg
Soyi (Grated Coconut) - 1/4 coconut
Tamarind - Big Lemon Size,
Roasted Chilli (Ramnad) - 35 nos
Roasted Chiili (Byadgi) - 20 no
Salt - as per taste.
