Great tip #22, build a platform just under the water next to big loot areas like the police station and refinery and put drums on that platform. You will be able to access it from the surface but enemies can't damage it and you can keep looting until everything is picked up then make a few trips to get it all back to your base. I wish I knew before buying the game that a bug causes you to lose all of your inventory, storage boxes emptied.. Spent two days collecting stuff.. then boom its all vanished
