I have visited Nepal atleast 100 times so far. Wow, I just love it. It's easy for me as I don't need any passport or visa as India Nepal has open border. You will find many unique recipies in rural part of Nepal. Luckily I was introduced to it due to many Nepali friend in India. Everything they tell is true. Nepal is amazing and mostly because of people!!
