This song marked my existence, in a way! I first listened to it in 2009, if I recall ... Then yes, I was listening to the newer songs etc. But 2-3 years ago I tried remembering this song, I could not remember any of the words from the lyrics... Only some of the sounds from it. And today, by a very nice .. chance, it was on di.fm on Vocal Chillout. Thanks to my 'sister from another mother' for inviting me to dinner and making me play the music that I like. Because not very often people like my music, but nah, it was my turn. And there it was... Thanks, Victor!

This song came on while i was taking my German Shepard to the vet for the last time. At only 9 years old, a large tumor on her spleen was getting the best of her and she had reached the point where she could hardly breathe. I had to pull over to pull myself together. "Just give me one more day with her". That was a little over a year ago (yeah, because 2020 wasn't already shitty enough) and my heart still hurts for my baby

I wish I could see Simon singing this. Is there a video of such? I've looked and can't find one.
