This documentary is gold!To hear directly from the mouths of 2 legends, this Ola Kazim is definitely ahead of his time.Agbeletu Tv,I believe you’re selling yourself short by just publishing this golden history so cheaply like that, this should have been made into a huge movie and published in Netflix, there are so many people in Nigeria who are interested in this rich history of juju music in the 70’s.As much as I would love the interviews in Yoruba,we should all remember that king Sunny ade is an international superstar and many non yorubas are also interested in the story.Kudos once again to Agbeletu tv

Well done for this outstanding documentary / interview of Late M Ola Kazim. Very unfortunate that KSA and him didn't get to collaborate with him again before the grim ripper got to MOK. A lesson to all of us to live everyday as if it's our last; just in case it is. And to cultivate a sense of Nowness. RIP, MOK. Hat off to you even though you've published this almost 2 years after MOK's passing.

Don't you think it would have been better if King Sunny Ade waited for his contract to expire before setting up his record label. Whether KSA liked it or not he was still under contract to his record company. And he only had a year left to go. As the judge pointed out during the court case, a contract is still a contract. While lying on his death bed, the TYC owner had the nerve to beg King Sunny Ade for forgiveness in the way he behaved towards him. When he realised he was coming face to face with someone who is more powerful than himself.

I understand the commercial side but there’s just something off with Yoruba people doing a Yoruba interview in English. It just sounds a bit off. It lacks the richness. Whether this was originally from M Ola Kazeem or not is not the issue at stake here. Yoruba songs were not originally intended to be for the consumption of the English-speaking folk. What do they now have to do with Ija Sunny pèlú Abioro and the rest of the history?! Without that understanding, they will be getting half-baked story anyways. So, speak Yoruba Baba.
