Gr8 advice Sunny. Oh by the way, Paneer is the protein part of milk and not the fat. Rich in protein and calcium, when taken in moderate amounts it is not fattening. But do not buy paneer from supermarkets, as most sell malai paneer where cream is added to soften the texture, which makes it fattening. Instead, try making it at home from skim milk.

You know most of these celebs eat or dont eat food to look hot, ripped and chizzled, it's part of their profession. Them getting a job or not depends on their bodies. It is the body industry, not health industry.They say they eat for health but it's usually the furthest from it. You can be unhealthy by eat junk and being inactive and you can be unhealthy by going on crazy diets while being overactive trying to be "too healthy". You need to respect your body. Your body needs food for fuel and nutrition. Eat a nutritious balanced meal consisting of complex slow energy releasing carbs, proteins, vitamins, minerals and fibre from fruits and vegetables and healthy fats in small quantities. You body needs nutrition from all these food groups. And yes be active and that does not mean spending two hours in the gym everyday, it means You need to keep your body mòving, play sports, dance, go for a swim, do yoga, learn a martial art, send your maid on chutti and clean your own house, anything will do. We need to stop putting these celebs on a pedestal, give them the respect they deserve yes but don't take them as your role models. Just because someone has a supermodel figure does not mean they are truely healthy. They put their bodies through too much really and that's unhealthy. We are living in a world where huge business corporations make billions of dollers annually by fuelling people's insecurities and celebs have their part in it.This social media generation needs to understand that.learn the art of self love.
