This is the second animated explainer video we created for the Sunnybrook Frederick Thompson Anxiety Disorder Centre that's located in Toronto, Canada. The purpose of this explainer video is to educate people about how their cognitive behavioural treatment (CBT) program helps people suffering from severe Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD). The key feature of the program is Exposure and Response (or Ritual) Prevention (ERP), the gold standard for treatment of OCD.
