Being doing this for about two weeks, I would stop either at the completion level 10 or on the decline of level of 8. I started out just doing in the morning then on week 2 started doing in the am and pm. Finally finish the full video today. My new workout is awesome. Great workout and its free 😂❤

Good workout. I'm 60 and can I do this workout every day? Some say hilt shouldn't be doing every day.

Great question! We would recommend doing this workout (or other HIIT sessions) 2-3 times a weeks max, interspersed between some lighter to moderate recovery days or endurance workouts where you're still getting movement, time and exercise in, just not as high intensity.

Coach Sydney is soooo positive and motivating, I really like her videos. This one is perfect for the first 30 min of your workout if you like to do longer cardio sessions and also if you're looking for a fast and useful workout and you're a beginner this one is just perfect. Just want to day that Sydney is so sweet and somehow makes me do my best whenever I watch her. Keep going! ❤

I absolutely love this workout it’s my go to quick after work or morning routine I have arthritis so walking all the time takes it’s toll on my knees so I have been switching one week walking and one week elliptical and it has been great thank you for this workout lol and yes it’s hard lol my legs feel noodly every time 😂

Hadn’t tried this one before but it’s pretty good so I’ve saved to my workouts. Followed the resistance up to L10, jogging at 52/3 sprints at 96/100 & running at 57/62 covered 5.374 miles according to my Nordic 9.5 elliptical. These workouts have really helped during Covid doing 3/4x a week. Keeping serotonin levels ok, have to at 71 yrs oh and brilliant for arthritis sufferers. Thanks v much 👍🏻

One month ago i started to use the crosstrainer for a one hour session on resistance 3/4 everyday. Even though i did feel improvement on my condition and recup, i only lost 1 KG after 30 days. It was a average of 6 KM and 400 KAL according to the machine everyday. Unfornately the results were dissapointing after a month, i do believe it's because i had fairly bad eating habits. SO this time I am doing your workout and i adjust my eating in a more healthy way. I did your workout for 2 days now, but instead of 30min, I do it for a hour. I am trying to be positive and like to think that the 30 days cardio just prepared me for this kind of training instead. I love it so far and it's very motivational and hopefully this time i get results after 30 days with this type of training and better food habits. I am currently 83 KG for 1M77. I am sorry for the long message But THANK you for the video.

3 times a week is pretty adequate. 4-5 if you want to be aggressive. Hydration is important when you are on a active lifestyle routine too!

RPM would be a great indicator. Measuring BPM can work too. Typical jogging has you at 130-150 BPM and a running pace should have you above 150 BPM.

Elliptical machines are great for burning calories, when paired with a balanced diet they can help with weight loss. The full-motion handlebars on this elliptical will allow you to get in a full-body exercise and to achieve calorie burn in your upper body as well.

Just started today after my near fatal fall with many broken bones (ankle femur pelvis ribs and face) I didn’t get all the way through your workout, but as an athlete I hope to turn a corner and get stronger.
