So proud . First time and completed. I will be doing this weekly. I alternate between treadmill and elliptical for weekly exercise.

Ι love the reverse direction!! Since i increased the time of backward motion in my 2 hour workout i noticed much more lean muscles in my legs and back💪💪

I absolutely love Meg's workouts, I do this particular one 4 times daily for 5 days a week! Does anyone know how much calories are burnt during this workout?

Yes !it goes from 0-15 incline
