DJ's Deck was, in our opinion, the absolute best fish in Daytona. It was directly across from Our Deck Down Under but closed down early last year. Just our luck. We still like Racings North Turn but got a little aggravated when they run off our favorite band, Then 2 Now 😞We're going back in two weeks to stay at the Max Beach Resort. We spent 30+ years staying at The Catalina Beach Club, but just like a lot of things we love about Daytona, it is closed for a 2 year renovation and it sounds like they may never re-open. We plan on eating at RNT and Giuseppe's Steel City Pizza on Nova Road. I believe they should have gotten a shout out for some of the best hot wings in Daytona. Thanks for the video.

I have been to Daytona Beach many times and my favorite places to eat are the Cracked Egg,Aunt Catfishes ,Our Deck Down Under,Down the Hatch and Norwoods. There you go Sunny give them a try next time you're there.

Best burger in the entire world is at Brickyards right on isb. Best wings are at South Turn. Make sure u get um grilled and wet.

I moved here 2 years ago. Aunt cats is awesome. My favorite place is the Beach Bucket. But you also have to try the giant fish sandwiches at bonton chef up north about 30 min.

Crabby's on the beach in Daytona, recently opened and i say to much about it. Everythng we ate was delisious. Must try. It is on the expensive side but well worth it.

There is also The Roof on top of Joe’s Crab shack. Definitely one of my favorites being that you have an overview of as far as the eye can see from the amazing rooftop bar

It's not Joe's Crab Shack - it's Crabby Joe's Deck and Grill Sunglow Pier... Joe's Crab Shack sucks ass - Crabby Joe's is awesome, especially for their breakfasts.

Crabby Joes is our favorite while in Daytona. As well as Deck Down Under and Boondocks! For great Ice Cream we hit up Cow Licks!

Great video as always, Sunny. Definitely love Aunt Catfish for the Sunday brunch. But I would also add Peach Valley (though it’s TECHNICALLY Ormond Beach) for my favorite breakfast spot. And I would be crazy not to add South Turn for the best grilled wings in town. 😋

Cheers! I lived in Daytona Beach Shores and Port Orange. It has changed so much over the years. Not many cars on the beach now. I still refer to ‘Volusia Avenue’ too! 😉 I don’t think the airport has ever changed their teal and pink carpet though! Do you miss anything from Daytona?

30 years Daytona experience. Eat at Bay St. Seafood and Hull's Seasfood. Taqueria Juanita is very good. Oyster Pub is great, especially for late meals, probably the only famous Daytona spot I really enjoy. Zen Bistro is good Thai. RIP Shroomer's Pizza.

What's delicious for me..might not be for you...I am strictly a gourmet person because i have been in the food and fine wine business for over 45 years,and has been around the world a few times.Those restaurants you mention are for beach bums that's looking for a quick bite and a cold beer.I also has been living in Florida for 23 years before moving from NYC.I will be in Daytona the whole of next week...and already booked where i am going to have dinner...Chez Paul...Chucherias...Hyde Park Prime Steakhouse and The Cellar...

GREAT Video - My wife and I went to hard rock for lunch - we were the only ones there .... lol but the food was good. We would highly recommend the Garlic in New Smyrna Beach also< If you are looking for Superb Dining in Daytona, The Cellar is very good

Born and here and lived here for 53 years :) For Pizza try Mannys in Ormond and Stavros - Higher end dining go to Stonewoods - Donnies Donuts for coffee and donuts - plus there is one VERY local sushi place that shall remain unnamed here because the owner does not want tourists to find it ... Local know where that is :)
