As a Suno user, I feel V4 has better sound quality over V3.5, but V3.5 is still more consistent in speech recognition when creating personas. It's improving though. Great video!

How can I adjust the time signatures in Suno AI while creating songs in the style I want? For example, I live in Turkey, where we commonly use 4/4, Arabic, or Wahda rhythms. Do you have any information on how to select time signatures like 9/8, 5/8, or 4/4?

Try putting it like this: [9/8 time signature] in the lyric box. It seems to work but not hugely reliably at the moment. Then, I could just be imagining it...

Can you use this AI to create beats? lets say i want to compose a R&B music and need a beat to use to compose the music on top of that like using a drum/beat machine like Akai MPC to create a beat. So if an AI could do that and create the drums/beat theme that would be great. Also what AI tool is bets to make lyrics. Again if i need a rap lyrics for my song, can an AI tool do that?

This can make beats only. Just turn on instrumental. And this also writes really good lyrics. Try it out. I’m sure it will do everything you want

There are definite improvements all across the board, but it still has serious issues sometimes with compression and such. There’s also this weird rattling sound that happens when things get djust a little bit too intense.

While I was able to successfully create Greek songs using the previous version v3.5, I have encountered significant issues with the new version v4. Specifically, v4 appears to lack Greek language recognition. This results in frequent misspellings of Greek lyrics by the singers in generated songs. This problem was infrequent in v3.5, but it is consistently occurring in v4. As a Premier Plan subscriber, I believe that v4 seems unsuitable for creating Greek songs. I will continue using v3.5 and hope that future updates to v4 will address the Greek language issue, preventing such lyric errors in the future.

4.0 Its buggy as hell. Once you made a persona, its almost impossible to change lyrics of the Song you made it with...somehow these are so deep in the persona stored...every try to change them leads to glitchy gibberisch...and it goes even deeper. If you just try to start komplete over with the song, but use the same prombt...it accurs even without "persona" This persone thing goes deep. You have to delete the persona and restart Suno to get rid of it. And have you also noticed that Suno lost a big Part of its "Creativity" and "out of the box" thinking with a Song you provided the lyrics that appears with the 10+ Generatiuon? Thats when Suno stops sounding like "Suno" and the wonder start.... Dont know what I mean? Sorry for all of you that don't pay the respect to the developers with 10 Bugs...ok, back to the topic: In version 4 all the creativity, the clear seperation of Parts of the Arrangement (when you prompt them right with [vers], [chorus] etc) is lost. Some terms like [Instrumental Part] are complete obsolete. So, you can say Suno is like growing up to a beautiful Person. Lost its imperfections and curiosity. But became boring and "mainstream" af. Here is a trick to work with 3.5 (the way more creative version) and handle the "noizy" vocals and music. Open the Song in spectral editor like spectralayers, and after seperation open every stem again and split it into its 3 fundamental Parts every Audio has: Tonality, (vocal), transients (consonants) and "noize" (thats in vocals the sound our throat mixes in). Take the "Noize" Part and go to the EQ of our channel. Then do a low and highpass filtering of the lows up to....about 300 kHz and the same thing in the High area, to only keep the frequencies you need to make the voice naturally. Its a tricky procedure at start but you will learn so much aubout it and at the end you got Vocals....(almost) without an scratching. And, no kids, there is no ableton template for this...yet ;-).

The sound is cleaner and the new features are great, but creating more creative and hybrid music is not as easily achieved in version four. 3.5 was not as cliché and generic or Top 40 sounding.

I noticed that the creativity or mix of genres is a bit less. It sounds much better and such, but lost something else. Hybrid sounds are harder to create now.

I'm sorry, but I have to say it. SUNO's audio quality is still bad. I've been paying for premium features since day one, but they have been unable to fix the overall low quality audio. This new update has drastically improved the voice quality, but the overall statically sounding low audio quality is still there. With that said, I have found a middle ground. I think SUNO's voice quality is better than UDIO's, so you need both subscriptions. Use SUNO to create the original song, and then use UDIO to remix it (keeping UDIO's remix settings close to the original uploaded audio from SUNO). The outcome will be an AWESOME song! SUNO's remix feature does not fix the bad audio quality!
