Thanks for showing this wonderful cat it's the best.

If I had a few million dollars to spare, this beauty, along with the Sunreef 80, would be at the very top of my cat list.

Me too, but I would use a shaft drive instead of a sail drive. Less maintenance and a smaller hole in the boat if there is a catastrophic failure and less chance of the boat sinking

Here's the real question. Even big boats are small places. When it's just you and a partner, do you really want a bunch of people buzzing around?
@MC-wd5ko6 ай бұрын
The amount of upkeep and aditional costs though.. it's needing 500k a year at least. Might need a bit more than a couple of millies sadly.

In the world of sailing, thinking in terms of energy sustainability, dependability, living full time aboard..is this the best the market has to offer?

Too big or too small for you? Anything bigger would be a waste for most people. Except the ultra rich but who cares about them?

This is possible because small black Kids mine lithium etc. in the mines so that Sunreef can build a ship, which alone in production harms the environment more than it can make up for after the purchase.
@ausManderE Жыл бұрын
@@unAgorist What does this have to do with the fact that children are dying in the mines of Africa and that these ships pollute the environment before they reach the market? Ah I see you have no brain and are now pissed because you drive a Tesla!!!!
@benson83109 ай бұрын
actually, the largest lithium mines can be found in Australia, I doubt you will find small black kids there, for those in Africa (my continent) you will find, but a very few percentage are forced to work there, for the majority its voluntary and is seen as an opportunity, I tell you given the scale of poverty in those areas, those mines are a blessing, I have a few of my friends who started out in the gold mines as kids, today they are multi-millionaires, several times in my own country my GVT intervened in those mines to remove all teen workers, but the police ended up being chased away, even threatened by those same people they went to rescue, thus they only ended up building social services in those areas.

I do not really understand how that fits to the headline: 1750L of fuel for a Zero Emission cat? You probably mean Zero Emission in the port when the air on is connected to the port facilities… which are connected to windmills nearby…?
@ahmetselmanatik Жыл бұрын
By sailing and solar panels , its really zero emission. You need engines to dock.
@sjbict Жыл бұрын
arn't the engines electric Is it for Diesel Generators to top up batteries like on the 80

There are options , Diesel or electrical engines. İf you prefer electrical engines you have solar panels and Diesel generator to run engines

I will put it at the top of my Cat list but you need to know I would never sail a Cat. pontoon boat with a stick and apt attached, and to top it all off its hahahaha EC Cann't wait to hear from tyhis owner after 5 years if it maes it that far.

@CatamaranChannel Жыл бұрын
A galley downstairs makes the living area bigger and keeps most of the cooking fumes/smells away. And since most just use the kitchen not that much time in the day, its an obvious choice.

Zero emission??? What a joke. Fiberglass = 95% plastic -Carbonfiber = 100% plastic.
