Hii my friend. Well yes actually. Good question. Interesting you say that. But it's a long way away, I just googled it.. They say Tonga is 3,283 kilometres away from Brisbane.. Settlement Cove Redcliffe is just a little north of Brisbane. And Tonga is almost directly East from Brisbane.. just a little bit higher north.... That volcanic eruption in Tonga was massive. It was like an Atom bomb. I was taking video of the Full moon on the beach yesterday evening and a wave splashed up and got me right in the face... must have been the tsunami... hehehe 😋 😄 ... Joking my friend, well a freak wave did get me right in the face... but lucky for us no tsunami... It really could happen here one day though. We are very exposed to the Pacific Ocean, same like the Philippines and Japan I guess. And the Aboriginals talk about huge tsunami's hitting Australia long ago. Yea could happen one day.
