I'm so sick of Tua and his weak arm and all his concussion baggage. I'm sick of Grier screwing up draft picks and contracts. I'm sick of coach McFriend to the players. I want a GM to come in and start to clean up Grier's mess who values a quarterback with a strong arm who can scramble without getting his brains scrambled. Enough of this sh*t. This team sucks.

So you are okay with a complete 5 year rebuild. If you replace the GM and HC everybody gets replaced and we start from scratch. There are no quick fixes if that’s what you want.

gotta be real here man. Tua coming back helps, but as Perk pointed out, they have been bad even with Tua going back to the end of last year. Say they beat Arizona (not a given at all), they will be 3-4. Then @ Buffalo--automatic loss, and probably by a large margin, and you're 3-5. This season is not going to end with a playoff birth. A top 10, and maybe even a top 5, pick is likely.

The offense is too complex and too fragile, that is on McDaniels...if only one QB can run it effectively (against non-playoff teams), it doesn't work against good teams, then you have to change things and build more of a power offense with more intermediate passing. Requires some player personnel changes but McD will either adjust after this season or he and Grier's era will end...they will never beat good teams or do anything in the playoffs as the offense is currently run..

Perk is still delusional. I thought he’d learn his lesson after not only picking the Dolphins to win the Colts and Titans game, be he picked them to score more than 20 points. 🤦🏽‍♂️ he doesn’t have a clue
