Would be better if they add construction capabilities so that you could expand the reception. The end game should be combining the restaurant, shop and laundry etc to the reception so that you don't need so many staff. You should be able to hire staff but early in the game you would need more because of the separate buildings.

It would be good if you had to clean towels and sheets and customers can call you for repairs. I'd also love to see more menu items and perhaps actually having to do more in depth cooking. Offer tourist advice and answer to noise complaints etc.
