Keep up the great work Maria! And don't be depressed about your diet!! Food is meant to be enjoyed (esp in Napoli!). I'm personally a fan of fueling your body with healthy food most of the time and allowing some room for 'treats' too :)

I just want to say that this is probably my most used routine from your KZbin channel, Jessica! It's relaxing on the side of blissful, and stretches me out so nicely. It's short, so I feel like I can add it on to just about anything, or do it on its own later in the evening if I feel tight. I really can't say enough good things about it! I hope you do another kind of like it someday. My low back really benefits from side body, hip, glute, and hamstring stretches most of all. Thank you! :)

This felt AMAZING after the HIT Mash Up! I wanted too do it OVER & OVER again!!! Lol. The relaxing music put my dog to sleep too by the end! So cute!

Very burned out, so this was perfect for me today. Coupled it with Kickbox Cross Train from the "Knockout Body" DVD to up the burn just slightly before stretching.

Week 5, day 6- did this as my reward. Such a wonderful, relaxing and enervating session. Always reminds me to take some time to payback my body for all that it does. Thank you, Jessica, for this Summer Challenge. It wasn't the start of my working out with you and it certainly won't be the end. I am looking forward to all the new videos you are working on and I will be revisiting some of my favorites. Cheers to you!!

HI Laura, To modify the pigeon pose, you may want to try sitting in a chair and crossing one leg over the other, opening the knee to the side with your ankle over the bottom leg. From there, see if you can lean forward slightly to stretch. Hope that helps! :-)

SSUC Wk 4 day 4 - I snuck in Cardio Blast before this (it still works in Australia!), so with this after it, it was a great combination. I really liked this, and is now a favourite stretching routine along with Breathe, Stretch & Relax. Thanks Jessica!

Did this instead of today's (Wednesday's) workout, because I ended up running out of time, but didn't want to not workout! So I had to switch things up. However, this was perfect! I started completely stressed out, and ended very relaxed. :-)

Lovely gentle stretch and really enjoyable too. My upper body is sore after strength training yesterday and my lower body needed a stretch after a long hike today. Feeling great! The picture of Peanut at the end was adorable 😀

I was having a terrible day and decided I needed some exercise to feel better. I did your dance walk, 7-minute standing abs and upper body blast, and then finished off with this. I felt so rejuvenated by the end of the hour! Thanks again for your videos - they make a difference in the lives of your thousands of virtual workout buddies!

W4, D4 Done; felt amazing & will enjoy doing this one in the future! I started my day with Kickboxing Cardio Power; got it after our kickboxing day & so it was the first time with it. Loved it & tell your hubby thanks! Was weird to see but not hear you LOL

I've really enjoyed the first 15 minutes of this sunset stretch (the following stretches were ones that are still too hard for me). That concludes my "rest" week that I filled with relaxing stretching videos + walks outside. I'm feeling great, recharged and ready to start next week with your 20 Minute Fitness. Thank you.

This body stretch & relaxation routine is really the best. Whenever I do this particular one all of my stress and muscle aches go away. I was doing a lot of research the other day and my body was extremely sore and needless to say I have been carrying that neck and shoulder pain with me for almost two days now. Thank you for doing this session as it has really helped me :)

workout completed... i'm happy to see that i could raise myself on the arm, this means i'm not so helpless as far as flexibility is concerned, but i'm quite depressed because i seem unable to stick to a diet :( - even though my colleagues at school (i teach english as a foreign language) say i look good. will try to control myself with food, even though in napoli this is somewhat impossible :P
