My 2 Cents: that one Ferris Bueller quote about smelling the flowers. Also, drinking water at dinner growing up was a good thing. Finding a happy medium staying active is the best thing you can do to follow you through the ages. Already subbed!

Oh my!!! It’s been a while since I’ve completed this workout. I’ve learned I need to increase my weights 10 lbs was too light for me and I didn’t start to feel it until the 3rd set of some moves. Glad I went back to an oldie but goodie ♥️

I am 55 years old now and I would tell my younger self that exercise alone will not help me lose weight. A whole food/ low carb diet was how I eventually lost weight. In addition, I would tell my younger self to pay attention to my mind in terms of dealing with stress. Exercise is a great stress reliever however, the mind needs more such as meditation, spiritual practice, or counseling etc. Thanks Jessica for such a great walk and talk!!

Loved this short workout! I'd tell my younger self to be careful what you tell yourself because the mind matters; it's like a self-fulfilling prophecy. That is how I went from someone who thought they could never handle morning workouts to being someone who enjoys them, and discovered the grogginess I used to feel was something I created from unhelpful self-talk.

Jessica, you’re ruining your workouts by splicing in all those ads! It’s horrible to lose the rhythm of the work by a pointless ad! I used to really enjoy and benefit from your workouts. I’m almost 70, and your workouts have helped me recover from a long illness. But, I need to find workouts that aren’t chopped with ads

I would tell myself to take care of your core. I was always so focused on burning calories with cardio that I neglected my core. Then when I was in my early fifties, all I did was bend over, and I sustained a herniated disc at L5-S1. While physical therapy helped a lot, it was when I found you, Jessica Smith, that I really got my WHOLE body into shape. Thank you so much!

Lots of jumping jack variations in this cardio workout but it sure spikes your heart rate to get your cardio up in just a short period of time if you're looking for an effective, quick cardio workout!

This was a new walk n talk for this morning I was so excited I love seeing new workouts from you it’s just the little things that get me excited I would say that my advice to my 20 year old self would be you need to slow down, drink more water, and learn more about fitness and nutrition and also don’t stress so much I was so clueless back then and now I am paying for it I am now 43 and I am not healthy my body is sore I fell like I have arthritis all over my body I did find out that I have arthritis in my neck after all the test I have been through but that doesn’t change the fact that after all these years I truly didn’t know anything I need to learn how to manage stress because that is why my body is so broke down thanks for this walk it was something that I needed to hear I hope from this day forward I can just continue to build myself up again and hopefully get to a point that I can enjoy life again thanks for waking with me this morning Jessica have a great Tuesday 😀
