This is the best stretching video by far. I’ve tried lots but they’re more like a workout. This one isn’t. I do it regularly because it stretches and relaxes. Jessica’s voice is very relaxing too.

A group of friends of mine get together to workout via zoom during the week and Friday's are our stretch days. I am so thankful I have your stretching videos. So many of the ones out there are the silent ones with no cueing or modifications. I know I'm late to the game with these videos but great job.

Checking in! Day 14 Completed! This was very nice and relaxing. I did Cardio Abs and Total Body Abs Transformer this morning from your fabulous DVD, watched a movie then I did this workout and enjoyed the stretch! This is such a nice, gentle routine. I'm getting ready to spend about 10 hours on my feet at work, so a thorough yet relaxing stretch like this is greatly appreciated. Thank you for providing these types of videos. Having these validates the idea that not every single day has to be a "challenge" type of workout, but some days we should just show our bodies a little grace.

Thank you so much for creating this video! It is exactly what I was looking for and I LOVE doing all of these stretches! Scrolling through all of these flexibility videos can be very intimidating when all you see are young girls in tight short shorts and fancy sports bras with their perfect splits and legs behind their head! I teach middle school PE and now that we are distance learning it is very difficult to find appropriate (but not childish) workout videos for flexibility. I am also glad that it's not labeled as yoga since many middle school boys "don't do yoga," as they would say. So, once again... thank you for creating this video! 😁

Day 8-I have been on my feet for about 10 hours today, and I am still sore from the last weeks boot camp, so this stretch routine was perfect for me. I am looking forward to next week.

Wow, Day 15 is a wonderful set of routines! Both of these are absolute favorites of mine! I went with the High Energy Walk today and will do this Stretch tomorrow on our active rest day. well now, that was totally awesome. after all the work outs we've been doing for the challenge, this was just like eat a virtual choclate ice cream come! soothing, relaxing, and giving the muscle some much needed attention. I used this as a refocus thing as well. Day 14 is completed. I didn't do any other work out today. I took today a little slower. Thanks much Miss Jessica. BTW...how are you feeling Jessica? It might be a good idea for you to take a slower day as well!

BC Day 8 - I felt a little of my triceps and my upper abs to be sore during stretching, but it was a very nice calming sunday routine. A good start into week 2 of the bootcamp and I will see you tomorrow where we will sweat more I suppose to get the energy up for the new week!

This was a great stretch! I hopscotched through the week's workouts due to time and to accomodate my running schedule, so I plan to go back and get the longer workouts in as time goes on. However, this was perfect after the yoga tone workout and a running day--I'm still sore from the yoga tone two days ago. Thanks for all your great workouts!

Just did this stretch tonight. A couple days behind in the challenge, but I made sure to take the time for myself to stretch and relax after sitting at the hospital all day. My dad's been in the hospital more than he's been out of it in 2014, so trying to stay positive.

This is one of my go to stretch routines especially when my neck is bothering me (and of course when I'm sore all over :D). I have 2 herniated discs on my neck and this stretch routine really eases out the kinks and makes my neck feel MUCH better. Is it possible to have more easy stretches for the neck and shoulders in the future, Jessica? Please!! Love your workouts so much!!! All the best, Mavee

Day 14 and I really felt like going for a long walk when I got up this morning. Since that's not a safe option here, I'm feeling rather guilty that I became something of a saboteur and turned to Leslie Sansone for a change for a four mile Power walk. Having done that I now came back to Jessica of course for today's Stretch and Relax routine. This is by far most relaxing stretch routine ever that provided the perfect end to the second week of the September Challenge. I'm ready for the 3rd week starting tomorrow.

#SummerofStrength - day 14. I followed up 'Yoga Tone' with this one this morning (as I had missed my Friday workout time) -- this one was wonderful -- I am sure it will become a real favourite. The leg stretches were great for me and the peaceful outside setting was calming and restful. A great one to follow up my gentle jogs with. SummerofStrength 50% complete and feeling good - thanks Jessica.

Day #14 Already 2 weeks in... today I could not excercise in the morning, so I was glad it was low impact to get me to do it even in the evening, when my motivation is low. I didn't feel sore, but I did a little dance cardio and this workout today, because my body will benefit from it either way. I wasn't making progress this weekend, because I stayed at a friend's house, but I finished my second leisure book :)
