I have to get up at 6am everyday. The trick is to, and i know it sounds a bit silly, put your alarm on the loudest setting, on the most uncomfortable sound. that kick, although unpleasant really does spring you out of bed and within a month of that you dont need any large alarm anymore to get you up! keep up the good work bro.

Ben I find that my best sleeps are after days were I give my body a reason to sleep. This usually means exercise because your body needs to recover. Plus exercising will give you more energy throughout the day so it can't hurt. Not saying you need to haha but just thought I would share. Loving the vlogs as always!
