I forgot to mention you and Will can also take collagen supplements cos that’s really important for 40+ for joints knees heart vessels skin hair nails everything lol so you can stay youthful and avoid joint pains and aches when hiking especially 😄 God bless you and family ❤❤❤

Getting addicted to your daily videos, but I totally get why you went quiet for a while. Nice that Will got to experience the AT with Captain. Hope you are really ready to hike again, Sunshine! Btw, watched some way old vlogs and saw that you had a little pet called Sunshine. Is this where you got your name?

Thanks. The name Sunshine came about as it was supposed to be my given name, but my grandmother said it sounded like a chickens name so she never gave it to me. It was who I was authentically meant to be so I thought it was fitting for a trail adventure which strips us down to our core.
