Oh, man, I can't wait for you to get a lot of subscribers and earn enough money to buy a dedicated gaming machine (as well as a work machine); It's a shame that you have to stress out your personal laptop non-stop to test all of those distros. I really enjoy your content, and I hope that your channel will grow quickly.

What lan speed is necessary to run games at 1080p flawlessly?
@adriankoch964 Жыл бұрын
Not much, depending on the settings used. Parsec gets good quality on 5-10Mbps @1080p. I've even streamed as client on a crusty 802.11b wifi while at low reception status (on h264 @720p but a fast paced game.)

Cool, I looked at that game a while before but forgot it existed. Surprised that steam is a competitor to console games, I thought the easiest solution is just to buy a console, or even easier, to use HDMI and share the laptop screen, this way you don't need all this fuss.

Right, I was using a super long HDMI cable but it's not elegant enough to make a video here, have to run back to the laptop to control things, now this solution can match the windows streaming experience
